- Frank Seravalli: Flyers Claude Giroux said that teammates don’t believe that they are a good team.
- Darren Dreger: Red Wings Jordin Tootoo and Panthers Steve Pinizzotto have cleared waivers.
- Ansar Khan: Tootoo will remain in Detroit until they have to send him to the AHL when Jonathan Ericsson comes off the LTIR.
- Dirk Hoag: The Predators assign Filip Forsberg to the AHL and call up Taylor Beck.
- Joe McDonald: Panthers Tim Thomas will remain on the IR and won’t play against the Bruins.
- Bruce Garrioch: If Craig Anderson is able to backup tonight, likely will be ready for Saturday.
