Tim Wharnsby: Maple Leafs Brandon Kozun clears waivers. The Predators put Viktor Stalberg on waivers. The Devils put Mark Fraser on waivers.

Oklahoma City Barons: The Barons (Oilers AHL team) will cease operations at the end of this season.

Mike Morreale: Potential 2016 1st overall draft pick Auston Matthews has narrowed his college choices to: BC, BU, Michigan, Denver and UND.

Sean Reynolds: The Jets have lost defenseman Mark Stuart until February. He suffered a lower-body injury in fight during a game against the Sabres.

Aaron Portzline: Blue Jackets Scott Hartnell will have x-rays on his fractured finger tonight. They want to make sure it’s healing properly.

Derek Willis: Flames lines: Colborne-Monahan-Jones Gaudreau-Jooris-Hudler Glencross-Granlund-Byron Raymond-Stajan-Bouma.

Bill Roose: Red Wings lines: Nyquist-Zetterberg-Abdelkader Tatar-Datsyuk-Helm Franzen-Sheahan-Jurco Miller-Glendening-Andersson. Ansar Khan: Defensive pairings: Kronwall-Ericsson Quincey-DeKeyser Smith-Ouellet Lashoff-Kindl (look to be extras).

John Vogl: Sabres lines: Moulson-Girgensons-Ennis, Stafford-Flynn-Gionta, Deslauriers-Foligno-Kaleta, with Hodgson-Stewart as $8.4 million fourth line. Defensive pairings: Gorges-Myers, Strachan-Benoit, Zadorov-Ristolainen with Meszaros rotating in.

Michael Smith: Hurricanes lines: Gerbe-E. Staal-Terry Skinner-Rask-Lindholm Boychuk-Nash-Dwyer Malone-McClement-Shugg

Pittsburgh Penguins: Penguins lines: Malkin-Crosby-Hornqvist Comeau-Sutter-Downie Spaling-Goc-Rust Adams-Ebbett-Klinkhammer/Farnham.

Jason Mackey: Penguins Marc-Andre Fleury tested negative for mumps. Thomas Greiss is being tested and in isolation.
