Michael Smith: Hurricanes Anton Khudobin left last night’s game, didn’t look good. Kurt Dusterberg of NHL.com: Khudobin will have an MRI today after taking an awkward spill in the second period. “It didn’t look good, obviously, the way he went off the ice,” Muller said.
Michael Smith: Hurricanes Elias Lindholm is out with an upper-body injury again.
Rich Chere: Devils Ryan Carter’s upper-body injury happened at practice, from a battle in the corner.
Curtis Zupke: A Ducks spokesman said that Stefan Noesen suffered a “significant” knee injury the other week. There are no details available yet.
