Jets and Ducks pull off small trade

The Winnipeg Jets have acquired center Maxime Macenauer from the Anaheim Ducks for center Riley Holzapfel.

Macenauer was a 3rd round pick of the Ducks in 2007. Holzapfel was a 2nd round pick of the Thrashers in 2006.

Macenauer has a $845,333 salary cap hit and will be a RFA at the end of the year. Holzapfel carries a $575,000 cap hit and will be a RFA at the end of the season.
