The Florida Panthers have sent Nathan Horton and Gregory Campbell to the Boston Bruins for the 15th pick in this years NHL Draft, Dennis Wideman and a 2011 3rd round pick.
Horton has never really lived up to expectations in Florida, but going through 5 coaches during his short career probably didn’t help. He was having his best season this year (57 points in 65 games) before missing 17 games with a fractured leg.
The Panthers now hold the 3rd and 15th pick in this years NHL entry draft.
