Dubinsky clears concussion protocol

Aaron Portzline: Columbus Blue Jackets forward Brandon Dubinsky cleared concussion protocol. He was back on the ice yesterday. He’ll be evaluated today.

Jeff Svoboda: Blue Jackets Zac Dalpe was on the ice yesterday.

There was no update on Markus Nutivaara‘s status. He wasn’t on the ice yesterday.

Lucic in a cast

Ryan Rishaug:  Edmonton Oilers forward Milan Lucic is in a cast after suffering a lower-body injury.

Ryan Rishaug: Lucic’s injury was off-ice in Calgary. He’ll be in a cast for two weeks. It won’t affect his offseason training and he’ll be 100 percent for training camp.

Simmonds and Boyle out week-to-week

Paul Skrbina of the Tennessean: Nashville Predators forwards Wayne Simmonds and Brian Boyle are listed as week-to-week.

Boyle had an appendix procedure.

Simmonds left Saturday’s game after he blocked a Roman Josi shot with his knee.

Vlasic and Haley day-to-day

Curtis Pashelka: San Jose Sharks defenseman Marc-Edouard Vlasic and forward Michael Haley are listed as day-to-day.

Haley’s x-rays were negative.

Haley and Vlasic didn’t skate yesterday.

Hedman doubtful

Dan Rosen: Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman is doubtful for Game 4 according to coach Jon Cooper.

Defenseman Anton Stralman skated yesterday, forward Alex Killorn didn’t. Cooper said yesterday it was “too early to say” if they’ll be available.
