Joe Haggerty: Patrice Bergeron, Zdeno Chara, Kevan Miller and Urho Vaakainen all practiced in a regular jersey. Jake DeBrusk practiced with a no-contact jersey.

Frolik to return

Kristen Anderson: Calgary Flames forward Michael Frolik will return after missing 15 games with a high ankle sprain.

Kristen Anderson: Flames forward Andrew Mangiapane and defenseman Michael Stone were on the ice yesterday. Defenseman Travis Hamonic didn’t skate.

Wilson out weeks

Adrian Dater: Colorado Avalanche forward Colin Wilson is out “week-to-week” with a shoulder injury.

Ryan S. Clark: Avs coach Jared Bedner added that they are still evaluating Wilson but he’s out week-to-week.

Dumba out awhile 

Minnesota Wild: GM Paul Fenton on defenseman Matt Dumba: “He’s had a second opinion. He’s expected to have surgery next week…he will be out for a significant time. We have a general timeline…but let’s see how surgery goes…upper body.”

Pacioretty won’t be out long

David Schoen: Vegas Golden Knights coach Gerard Gallant said that Max Pacioretty won’t be out for that long.

Lowry should be good to go and Copp is close

Mike McIntyre: Winnipeg Jets coach Paul Maurice said that there is a good chance that forward Adam Lowry will play today.
