Jessi Pierce: Minnesota Wild forward Vladimir Tarasenko returned to the lineup after missing the past seven games with a lower-body injury.

TSN: New York Islanders forward Kyle Palmieri will be out for six to eight months with a torn ACL. He suffered the injury on Friday night. Despite being injured, he made a great play to set up a goal as he was leaving the ice.

Dan Rosen: New York Rangers defenseman Adam Fox left with about 13 minutes left in the third period with an upper-body injury. He took a hit from Brandon Hagel into the boards and left the ice holding his arm.

Defenseman Will Borgen returned to the lineup after missing five games with an upper-body injury.

Darren Brown: Seattle Kraken forward Kaapo Kakko returned to the lineup after missing the past six games with a lower-body injury.

Wes Crosby: Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson left last night’s game in the third period with an upper-body injury.

“I’m hoping he’s fine,” Berube said. “I don’t know yet, but we’ll evaluate him tomorrow. I think he’ll be OK, but we’ll see. … He brings a lot. I mean, ‘O’ is a versatile guy back there for us.”

TSN: Utah Mammoth forward Logan Cooley had a knee-on-knee collision with St. Louis Blues forward Alexey Toropchenko. Toropchenko was assessed a five-minute major and a game misconduct. Cooley was on the ice for a while and needed help getting off.

Dan Greenspan: Vancouver Canucks forward Conor Garland missed last night’s game with an upper-body injury. He’ll be evaluated when they return to Vancouver.
