Anaheim Ducks: Forward Rickard Rakell missed last night’s game with an upper-body injury.

Eric Stephens: Ondrej Kase and Jared Boll both skated yesterday but weren’t able to go. Not known if they will travel with the team on their road trip. Kase is further along in his rehab than the Boll.

On the Boston Bruins …

Joe Haggerty: Fowards Peter Cehlarik, Ryan Spooner and Anders Bjork didn’t practice yesterday. Cehlarik suffered a lower-body injury on Friday.

On the Calgary Flames …

Calgary Flames: Forward Kris Versteeg missed last night’s game with a lower-body injury.

On the Colorado Avalanche …

Adrian Dater: Goaltender Semyon Varlamov: “Still not quite 100 percent. If you’re not 100 percent, you should not play.”

On the Detroit Red Wings …

Ansar Khan of MLive: Goaltender Petr Mrazek was pulled in the third period for concussion protocol. He passed the concussion tests and return to the bench.

“I felt it after that hit. I just couldn’t breathe. That’s the rule. Nothing you can do about it.”

Ansar Khan: Defenseman Trevor Daley missed last night’s game. They don’t know if it’s a long-term injury yet.

On the Edmonton Oilers …

Jack Michaels: Forward Jujhar Khaira is doubtful for today with a lower-body injury. Forward Anton Slepyshev and Oscar Klefbom are both probable. Goaltender Cam Talbot is probable.

On the Florida Panthers …

Matthew DeFranks: The Panthers activated Derek MacKenzie from the IR and put Radim Vrbata on it.

On the Los Angeles Kings …

Jon Rosen: Forward Brooks Laich clear waivers and was assigned to the AHL.

On the San Jose Sharks …

Kevin Kurz: Goaltender Martin Jones made 38 saves last night be was evaluated by the medical staff after the game. No word on what the issue was.

On the Winnipeg Jets …

NHL Player Safety: Ben Chiarot was fined $3,763.44 for butt-ending Ducks Corey Perry.
