The Dallas Stars and Devin Shore agree to a two-year contract
On the Dallas Stars …

Ryan Kennedy: The Stars have signed 2018 draft pick Adam Mascherin to an entry-level deal. Mascherin re-entered the draft after not agreeing to contract with the Florida Panthers.

Dallas Stars: The Stars have signed forward Devin Shore to a two-year contract with a salary cap hit of $2.3 million.

On the Los Angeles Kings …

Curtis Zupke: The Kings have signed 2018 first-round draft pick Rasmus Kupari to a three-year entry-level contract. Kupari is expected to play another season in Europe.

On the Pittsburgh Penguins …

Renaud Lavoie: The Penguins have signed Theodor Blueger to a one-year, two-way deal at $650,000.

On the Toronto Maple Leafs …

Leafs PR: Forward Andreas Johnsson accepted his qualifying offer from the Maple Leafs – one-year, two-way at $787,500.

On the Washington Capitals …

Washington Capitals: The Capitals have re-signed forward Liam O’Brien to a one-year, two-way deal at $650,000.
