NHL Power Rankings: 2017-18 Consensus Week 3

The Tampa Bay Lightning are atop our 2017-18 consensus NHL power rankings for week 3.

We’re back with our week three consensus NHL power rankings.

There is a new No. 1 this week with the Tampa Bay Lightning taking over the top spot from the Toronto Maple Leafs, who fall to No. 3. The Los Angeles Kings move up three spots to No. 2.

The Vegas Golden Knights continue to surprise everyone and jump into the top five, coming in at No. 4.

The St. Louis Blues improve from No. 11 last week to No. 5 this week.

Still without a win, the Arizona Coyotes remain at the very bottom.

The Montreal Canadiens continue to struggle and drop a spot to No. 30, dropping below the Buffalo Sabres who move up one spot to No. 29.

Another team struggling is the New York Rangers who slide down two spots to No. 28.

Rounding out the bottom five are the Edmonton Oilers.
