Joe Haggerty of NBC Sports: Carlo was taken off the ice on a stretchered after he fell awkwardly – an ankle or foot injury.
“I don’t have an update yet. It didn’t look good when go off on a stretcher, obviously. So we’ll keep our fingers crossed on that one. same with Nash. I know he was getting stitches in his ear. We’ll see how that plays out in terms of whether they travel or not,” said Cassidy. “We’re leaving right after the game, so it’s not an ordinary where we’re leaving…it’s basically right now.”
Joe Haggerty: Forward Rick Nash is believed to have a concussion and is “progressing at his own pace.” He is working out but won’t be traveling with the team on their three-game road trip.

Sabres PR: Defenseman Victor Antipin was released from a Nashville hospital last night. There won’t be an update until sometime today.
Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News: Predators forward Scott Hartnell hit Sabres defenseman Victor Antipin in the second period last. Antipin had to be stretchered off.
“He’s doing good,” coach Phil Housley said after the game. “We haven’t talked to our doctors so we’ll know more tomorrow. As far as I know he’s doing well right now.”
