NHL Rumors: Los Angeles Kings and Potential Landing Spots For Top UFAs

The Los Angeles Kings considering moving Alec Martinez or Jake Muzzin for a top-six forward
On the Los Angeles Kings …

The Fourth Period: LA Kings GM Rob Blake is talking to teams about top-six scoring forwards. The Kings don’t have a lot of salary cap room – approximately $5.31 million – plus the potential $2.5 million in LTIR for Matt Greene.

The Kings are exploring the potential move of defensemen Jake Muzzin or Alec Martinez.

They have reportedly spoken with the Tampa Bay Lightning about Jonathan Drouin and Buffalo Sabres about Evander Kane.

During the season they spoke with the Colorado Avalanche about Gabriel Landeskog and Matt Duchene, but it’s not known if they’ve spoken this offseason.
