If not, two of Brodin, Scandella, Dumba would have to be exposed in expansion draft. MIN could try to do deal with VGK to lay off those D.

Whatever happens, based on exp draft/cap issues/pos’n needs etc., it’s a decent bet RFA Erik Haula is not likely to be back with MIN.

If MIN is able to do deal with VGK to lay off a D, the Wild have a very deep pool of F prospects to choose from if they deem D a priority.
