“But I do think early in the new year, the Flames, you know, will probably start being in some of those discussions with or where they’re going with their players, whether it is an Andersson who’s a pending UFA.

Obviously, Blake Coleman has one more year beyond this season, and he’s pretty high up on the board because, you know, I know there’s, there’s a fair amount of interest there.

And, you know, we’ll open the Nazem Kadri door. He’s a little lower down on the current list, you know, mostly because of the fact of what the Flames have said publicly. You know, Don Maloney mentioning that they’d like more Nazem Kadri’s than, than, you know, getting rid of one.

NHL Injuries: Hurricanes, Blackhawks, Oilers, Blue Jackets, Stars, Wild, Rangers, and More

But, you know, I wonder how long Nazem himself is on board with the team that you know, is probably not presenting itself to win a cup in the lifetime of his deal as he kind of gets deeper and further into his career.

So, you know, I think the Flames definitely, if we’re going to pull themes off this board, it’s not just the players in the order they’re listed. It’s sort of what the teams are trying to accomplish. And so I think Calgary becomes an interesting team.
