Trade: Ducks and Penguins Make Three Player Trade

The Anaheim Ducks trade forward Carl Hagelin to the Pittsburgh Penguins for forward David Perron and Adam Clendening.

The 27-year old Hagelin as drafted 168th overall in the 6th round of the 2007 by the Rangers.

The 27-year old Perron was drafted 26th overall in the 1st round of the 2007 draft by the Blues.

The 23-year old Clendening was drafted 36th overall in the 2nd round of the 2011 draft by the Blackhawks.

Hagelin has a $4 million cap hit and $3,667,000 salary for the next three years. His salary is $5 million this year.

Perron carries a $3,812,500 salary cap hit and will be a UFA at the end of the season.

Clendening carries a $761,250 cap hit and will be an RFA at the end of the season.
