The Vegas Golden Knights have traded defenseman Trevor van Riemsdyk and a seventh round pick to the Carolina Hurricanes for a 2nd round pick.
The 25-year old van Riemsdyk was selected by Vegas in the expansion draft last night from the Chicago Blackhawks.
