Unfortunately for us NHL trade rumor fans, it’s been a fairly quiet couple months. With very few teams out of playoff contention, teams with salary cap issues and the expansion draft looming, many are in a wait-and-see mode.
January was also a fairly quiet month for actual trades. There were only six trades made this month, and none would be considered a big move.
