Nick Kypreos via twitter: Source told Kypreos that Antti Niemi will be signing with the San Jose Sharks, possibly tomorrow. Could be 1 year at $2 million base.

Tim Panaccio via twitter: Bill Guerin tells CSNPhilly that he hopes to get a tryout offer from the Flyers. GM says Guerin asked to skate/workout, agent hasn’t asked about contract or tryout.

Frank Seravalli via twitter: Guerin skated with some Flyers who are in town for camp. Flyers have interested in signing him.
