Damian Cristodero of the Tampa Bay Times: Ryan Malone suffered a lower-body injured before the Lightning-Rangers game. He was injured during their “pregame kick-around with a soccer ball.”
Brian McNally via twitter: Capitals Marcus Johansson will not travel with the team on their trip to Florida. He’s day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
