Bryan Burns: The Lightning and Nikita Kucherov agreed on a three-year deal with a salary cap $4.766 million cap hit.
Renaud Lavoie: Contract breakdown: $4.25 million in 2016-17, $4.5 million in 2017-18 and $5.5 million in 2018-19.
General Fanager: Kucherov’s is now the only active player on a multi-year deal that is over $4 million and that will end with RFA status.
