Ansar Khan of MLive: The Red Wings assigned 17 players to their AHL team. 38 players left in camp. Forwards: Mitch Callahan, Martin Frk, Jeff Hoggan, Calle Jarnkrok, Tomas Jurco, David McIntyre, Andrej Nestrasil, Trevor Parkes, Marek Tvrdon. Defenseman: Brennan Evans, Gleason Fournier, Max Nicastro, Richard Nedomlel, Xavier Ouellet, Ryan Sproul. Goalies: Cam Lanigan and Tom McCollum.
Curtis Zupke: The Kings reassign Brandon Kozun and Andrew Campbell to the AHL, down to 31 players.
Jim Matheson: The Oilers assigned to the AHL: Klefbom, Marincin, Hunt, Miller, Bachman, Rimmer, Martindale. Khaira was sent to the WHL. 33 players left in camp.
Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area: The Sharks signed defenseman Mirco Mueller to a three-year entry level deal, then assigned him to Everett of the WHL. They also assigned to the AHL: Goalie: Troy Grosenick. Defenseman: Sena Acolatse. Forwards: Curt Gogol, Eriah Hayes, Brodie Reid, Rylan Schwartz and Daniil Tarasov. Adam Comrie was put on waivers. They have 33 players left in camp.
