Rachel Blount of the Star Tribune: The Wild reassign 11 to the AHL: Forwards: Erik Haula, Raphael Bussieres, Zack Phillips, Kris Foucault, Tyler Graovac and Josh Caron. Defensemen: Kyle Medvec, Corbin Baldwin and Colton Jobke. Goaltenders: Darcy Kuemper and Johan Gustafsson. Put on waivers with purpose of assigning them to the AHL: Forwards Carson McMillan, Stephane Veilleux and Chad Rau. Defensemen Jonathon Blum, Steven Kampfer, Jon Landry and Brian Connelly. Kurtis Gabriel was returned to junior.

Rich Chere: Devils reassign to AHL: Wedgewood, Burlon, Gelinas, Merrill, Pelley, Sestito, Sislo, Matteau.

Harvey Fialkov: Panthers said Vinny Trocheck to AHL. Defenseman Mike Mottau on waivers.

Bob Stauffer: Buffalo reports sounding like Mark Psysk is making the Sabres.

Mike Vogl: The Capitals put defenseman Tomas Kundratek on waivers. Will be assigned to the AHL if he clears.
