Mark Lazerus: Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said that as far as he knows, there was nothing to the rumors about the in-fighting in the Blackhawks dressing room.

Mark Lazerus: Multiple sources saying there was no recent fist fights between Blackhawks.
Tracey Myers: Also told there is no truth to the rumors.

Mark Lazerus: Source saying the Blackhawks have significant interest in Cam Atkinson and Antoine Vermette. First round pick will likely be the asking price though.

Chris Kuc: Blackhawks GM Stan Bowman on if he’s targeting a forward or defenseman: “We’re open to either one.”

Jim McCurdy: Blackhawks GM Stan Bowman on trade talks: “We have until Monday. That’s not to say we’re waiting until Monday.”

Terry Koshan: Despite the trades, the Maple Leafs still haven’t touched their core. There is still plenty to be done to get them going in the right direction.

David Pagnotta: The Kings didn’t want anything to do with David Clarkson. The Maple Leafs still want nothing to do with Mike Richards.
