Trade: Senators Trade Lehner and Legwand To Sabres

The Ottawa Senators have traded goalie Robin Lehner and center David Legwand to the Buffalo Sabres for a 2015 1st round pick – 21st overall.

The 23-year old Lehner was drafted 46th overall in the second round of the 2009 draft by the Senators. Lehner has two years left at a $2.225 million cap hit.

The  34-year old Legwand was drafted second overall in the 1998 draft by the Predators. He has a year left on his contract with a $3 million cap hit.
