Arizona Coyotes defenseman Jason Demers done for the season
Fowler timetable coming tomorrow

Elliott Teaford: The Anaheim Ducks won’t know the timetable for defenseman Cam Fowler until Sunday. His surgery was yesterday and doctors will go over the results today and announce the recovery timeline tomorrow.

Demers is done for the season, two other defensemen placed on the IR

Matt Layman: Arizona Coyotes defenseman Jason Demers will be out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.

Craig Morgan: The Coyotes placed defenseman Alex Goligoski on the IR with a lower-body injury retroactive to November 8th.

Defenseman Jakob Chychrun was placed on the IR with an upper-body injury retroactive to November 13th.

Both Goligoski and Chychrun are eligible for Wednesday’s game if they are healthy.

Craig Morgan: Goaltender Antti Raanta (lower-body) is feeling better but there was no update more than that.

Kruger activated

Chris Wescott: The Chicago Blackhawks activated forward Marcus Kruger off the IR.

Klingberg will be out longer than initially expected

Matthew DeFranks of the Dallas Morning News: Dallas Stars defenseman John Klingberg will be longer than they expected. Initial timetable had him out for four weeks with a broken hand, but coach Jim Montgomery said it could be five weeks, maybe more.

“If it’s six weeks, I’d take the deal right now,” Montgomery said.

The Stars are also without defensemen Connor Carrick, Marc Methot, and Stephen Johns.

Methot might be ready to play on their road trip – maybe Wednesday.

Wild expect Parise back

Megan Ryan: Minnesota Wild coach Bruce Boudreau said they expect Zach Parise to be able to play today.

Maroon to the IR

Lou Korac: St. Louis Blues forward Patrick Maroon was put on the IR with an upper-body injury.

Lewis fractures his foot

Curtis Zupke: Los Angeles Kings forward Trevor Lewis fractured is foot after blocking a shot at practice yesterday morning. He’ll be week-to-week.

Jon Rosen: Kings forward Gabriel Vilardi was on the ice yesterday morning for their morning skate. He still isn’t close to playing or going on a conditioning stint.

One Haula report inaccurate

Jesse Granger: The report that Vegas Golden Knights forward Erik Haula has an ACL injury are inaccurate according to reports. He remains month-to-month.
