Western Conference Injury Updates

Derek Willis: Calgary Flames forward Sam Bennett is listed as week-to-week with an upper-body injury.

Defenseman Travis Hamonic missed last night’s game with a lower-body injury.

Defenseman T.J. Brodie is still getting tests done.

Aaron Vickers: Flames coach Bill Peters on Brodie: “Brodie continues to get testing done. It’s all coming back good. The results have been real good, but still some testing and some results.”

Eric Francis: Colorado Avalanche goaltender Philipp Grubauer returned to the lineup last night.

Mike Heika: Dallas Stars forward Mattias Janmark out last night but could return on Thursday.

Forward Roope Hintz and defenseman John Klingberg won’t be ready to return on Thursday but Saturday is a possibility.

Jim Matheson: Edmonton Oilers defenseman Matt Benning is out with an upper-body injury.

Defenseman Adam Larsson should be ready to go against the LA Kings.

Defenseman Brendon Manning practiced yesterday.

John Hoven: Los Angeles Kings Gabriel Vilardi is expected to play at least one game for the Ontario Reign this weekend.
