1. Jaromir Jagr – 199 points in 202 games

Heading into the playoffs this year, Jagr has scored 78 goals, recorded 121 assists for 199 points in the 202 playoff games with five teams – Pittsburgh Penguins, Washington Capitals, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers and Boston Bruins.

Jagr has averaged 0.386 goals per game, 0.599 assists per game and 0.985 points per game throughout his playoff career.

He played in 11 playoffs with the Penguins, where he scored 65 goals while recording 82 assists for 147 points in 140 games.

Jagr played in one playoff series with the Capitals, recording seven points in six games.

In three playoffs with the Rangers, Jagr scored 10 goals with 17 assists for 27 points in 23 games.

Jagr returned to the NHL in 2011 after spending three seasons in the KHL. He played in 11 games with the Flyers, recording 8 points.

Before his trip to the playoffs this season with the Panthers, his last season in the playoffs was in 2012-13 with the Bruins. That year he recorded 10 points, all assists, in 22 games.
