- John Vogl: Sabres Drew Stafford left yesterday’s game with a lower-body injury. Stafford was feeling better after the game and will travel with the team to Montreal. He will test it out at the morning skate.
- New Jersey Devils: Status for Travis Zajac (lower-body) and Adam Henrique (upper-body) for today is uncertain.
- Michael Russo: Wild’s Jason Zucker has been playing with a charley horse.
- Chantel McCabe: Hurricanes Jordan Staal is a couple weeks away from skating.
- George Richards: Panthers Roberto Luongo said he tried to play through his arm injury. He hopes to be able to return next week.
