Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times: The Lightning had hoped that Bishop would be ready for their trip to California next week, but it looks like he’ll be back either tomorrow against the Sabres or Friday against the Blue Jackets.
“I’m really encouraged,” Cooper said. “Bish has been fighting his way to get back. There might be a Bishop sighting one of these two games.”
Boyle is hoping that he’ll be able to return on Thursday.
Coburn will return when he’s able to handle the pain of his upper-body injury.
