Sarah McLellan: Defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson left last night’s game with a lower-body injury.

Sarah McLellan: Ekman-Larsson was seen after the game with his left hand wrapped.

On the Chicago Blackhawks …

Scott Powers: Jonathan Toews wasn’t able to go last night and is questionable for Thursday.

On the Colorado Avalanche …

Mike Chambers: Coach Jared Bednar said that winger Gabriel Landeskog is generally shut down. He’s listed as day-to-day, but is not skating.

On the Winnipeg Jets …

Ted Wyman: Mathieu Perreault will skate today and then they will decide if he will play on Thursday.

Ken Wiebe: Marko Dano left last night’s game with an upper-body injury.

On the Ottawa Senators …

Brent Wallace: Bobby Ryan left last night’s game as he re-aggravated his right hand injury.

Ken Warren: Coach Guy Boucher said that Ryan “won’t play the next game, for sure”

Sens Communications: Marc Methot left last night’s game with a lower-body injury.

Ken Warren: Boucher said that Methot is day-to-day.

On the Pittsburgh Penguins …

Matt Gajtka: Chris Kunitz (lower-body) and Patric Hornqvist (concussion) were both on the ice yesterday.

Jason Mackey: Kunitz and Hornqvist were wearing regular jersey’s at practice yesterday. Hornqvist was taking contact on Saturday.

On the Philadelphia Flyers …

Dave Isaac: Brandon Manning is day-to-day. Boyd Gordon skated yesterday but is still on the LTIR.

Tim Panaccio: Manning has a concussion.

On the Boston Bruins …

Kevin Paul Dupont: Defenseman John-Michael Liles is day-to-day with a concussion.

On the New York Islanders …

Shannon Hogan: The Islanders have activated Ryan Pulock off the IR and loaned him to Bridgeport of the AHL.

On the New Jersey Devils …

Matt Loughlin: Beau Bennett suffered a laceration on his leg and he didn’t travel with the team.

Mike Morreale: Devils prospect Scott Wedgewood is expected to be out for six months after having surgery yesterday on his torn labrum in his right shoulder.

On the New York Rangers …

Steve Zipay: Coach Alain Vigneault said that Pavel Buchnevich is progressing but is not skating yet.

On the Washington Capitals …

Tarik El-Bashir: Defenseman Matt Niskanen has a lower-body injury but skated yesterday. If he feels good this morning, he’ll practice with teammates today.

On the Buffalo Sabres …

Joe McDonald: Robin Lehner left last night’s game, went back to the bench for a bit, but then limped back to the locker room.

John Vogl: Coach Dan Bylsma said that Lehner is day-to-day with a hip injury.
