Ansar Khan: Detroit Red Wings coach Todd McLellan said nothing has changed with the timeline for Andrew Copp and Dylan Larkin. They’ll be reassessed at the end of next week. Forward Michael Rasmussen will be out for another week.

Eric Engels: Montreal Canadiens GM Kent Hughes said he didn’t have an update on forward Kirby Dach, but doesn’t think he’ll be long-term.
Andrew Gross: New York Islanders forward Max Shabanov missed practice yesterday and is day-to-day with a lower-body injury.
Stefen Rosner: Islanders goaltender Semyon Varlamov was on the ice at the end of practice. Don’t think his timeline has changed, and he’s not an option to return this season.
- NHL: Islanders GM Mathieu Darche on March 6th on Varlamov: “It’s one thing to take shots and move on the ice, but it’s another thing to play games. He’s not at the point yet of practicing, so we don’t expect him back this season.”
