On the Tampa Bay Lightning …

Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times: The Lightning announced yesterday that centers Tyler Johnson, Vladislav Namestnikov and Cedric Paquette are all day-to-day with lower-body injuries. It doesn’t appear that any will be able to play this weekend.

“They all looked bad,” associate coach Rick Bowness said. “Only time will tell, we’ll see how that goes.”

Brayden Point will be the No. 1 center. Yanni Gourde will be their second line center, with Greg McKegg coming in to be their fourth line center. Jonathan Drouin and Alex Killorn could see some time at center as well.

Lightning Insider: Tyler Johnson walked by yesterday. He had a bit of limp but looked okay.

Lightning Insider: Both Johnson and Namestnikov were walking around the arena yesterday.

On the Boston Bruins …

Joe Haggerty: Both Tim Schaller and Ryan Spooner will be out today against the Flyers.

On the Calgary Flames …

Derek Willis: Coach Glen Gulutzan is hopeful that one of Dougie Hamilton and Michael Stone “will play ” and that the other one “will play soon.”

On the Dallas Stars …

Mark Stepneski: Forward Ales Hemsky didn’t practice yesterday due to some “soreness” according to coach Lindy Ruff. Ruff added that Hemsky will go game by game.

On the Winnipeg Jets …

Winnipeg Jets: Coach Paul Maurice on defenseman Toby Enstrom: “He’s got a concussion. He’s out indefinitely.”

Sara Orlesky: Enstrom doesn’t have any facial fractures.

On the St. Louis Blues …

Jeremy Rutherford: Forward Robby Fabbri had knee surgery on February 27th. GM Doug Armstrong: “Everything went well and he’s focusing and working hard to be ready for training camp next year”
