On the Tampa Bay Lightning …

Joe Smith: Steven Stamkos took part in his full team skate.

On the Ottawa Senators …

Ken Warren: Forward Chris Neil will be out for “weeks” after breaking his finger according to coach Guy Boucher.

On the New Jersey Devils …

Andrew Gross: Forward Jacob Josefson (upper-body) didn’t travel with the team. Pavel Zacha is still recovering from a concussion is traveling with the team.

Andrew Gross: GM Ray Shero said that goaltender Scott Wedgewood is still rehabbing, adding “Not certain he’ll be back on the ice practicing before the end of the season.”

On the New York Rangers …

New York Rangers: Coach Alain Vigneault said that Michael Grabner left practice with a hip injury and is “up in the air a little bit for ” against the Bruins.

Brett Cyrgalis: Grabner was cross-checked in the hip by Adam Clendening. They might need to call someone up.

Brett Cyrgalis: Vigneault said that forward Jesper Fast will be out for two to three weeks. Defenseman Kevin Klein isn’t ready just yet. They are hopeful for Mika Zibanejad and Chris Kreider should be okay.

On the Philadelphia Flyers …

Adam Kimelman: Sean Couturier left practice early yesterday with an illness.

Adam Kimelman: Michael Raffl suffered a lower-body injury on Monday night.

Tim Panaccio: GM Ron Hextall said that Raffl will be out for six to eight weeks. He fell to the ice during their last game and hobbled to the bench favoring his left knee. Surgery is not required.

On the Pittsburgh Penguins …

Jason Mackey: Forward Conor Sheary skated yesterday. He’s getting closer to being able to return.

On the Carolina Hurricanes …

Chip Alexander: Hurricanes GM Ron Francis said they are hopeful that Bryan Bickell is able to return to their lineup before the end of the season. He was diagnosed with MS back in November.

On the Dallas Stars …

Mike Heika: Forward Ales Hemsky said he’s ready to return from his hip injury/surgery. Coach Lindy Ruff said he’s a game-day decison.

Mike Heika: GM Jim Nill said that Patrick Sharp is injured but he won’t disclose the injury as he wants to continue to play. Sharp’s injury prevented the Stars from trading him. Sharp will eventually require surgery. He’s been playing through and wants to keep playing through it. If he were to have the surgery, his season would be over.

Sean Shapiro: Nill said that he’s not able to give details on the injury. Once Sharp has the surgery, then they will disclose the issue.

n the Nashville Predators …

Adam Vingan: Newly acquired P.A. Parenteau won’t play tonight and likely won’t be able to go on Saturday either. He should be able to return next week.
