- Arpon Basu: Carey Price practiced with the team for the first time since suffering his injury.
- Andy Strickland: Reports are that Blues Jori Lehtera spent last night in a Columbus hospital as a precautionary measure. They are not anticipating anything serious.
- Erik Erlendsson: Tyler Johnson, Cedric Paquette and Jonathan Drouin miss practice again. It’s a good sign that they won’t play tomorrow.
- John Vogl: Sabres Zemgus Girgensons missed practice again today. Ryan O’Reilly isn’t at practice, but coach Dan Bylsma makes him take rest days. Evander Kane is skating.
- Ansar Khan: Red Wings defenseman Brendan Smith skated this morning. He’s been out with an illness.
- Chip Alexander: Hurricanes GM Ron Francis said that defenseman Tim Gleason will practice with the team on PTO.
- Bob McKenzie: Guy Boucher: “Once I indicated I wanted to move on at the end of the year I knew the team here could decide to move on before that. I want to coach in NHL again. That’s my goal.” Boucher and his family will return to North America but not sure yet where to live.
