- Pierre LeBrun: No deal is imminent, and there is no guarantee that he is traded anywhere. Next season Kiprusoff is scheduled to make $1.5 million, but has a $5.8 million salary cap hit. There has been speculation that he may sign off on a deal if he could get another year financially. He can’t officially sign an extension until July as he still has a year left on his deal.
