- Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times: Corey Crawford hasn’t skated since he was injured on March 14th, is out with a head injury according to a source, possibly suffering somthing similar to symptoms of vertigo. He’s listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury. Coach Joel Quenneville said before the weekend that they were hopeful that he could return before the playoffs. Artem Anisimov missed last night’s game, but they hope he’s able to go on Friday.

- Renaud Lavoie: Brendan Gallagher will travel with the team to Florida.
- John Lu: Gallagher hopes to be able to return to the lineup on Thursday or Saturday.
- John Lu: Carey Price will travel with the team to Florida. Coach Michel Therrien doesn’t know if Price will be practicing with them.

- Mark Stepneski: Defenseman Kris Russell didn’t play last night and isn’t expected to play on Thursday.
