At the end of the day, you look around this league and it’s hard to make trades,” Holland said. “We think we have a bunch of guys we think can score 20 goals. Those guys who can score 20 goals, they’re on pace for three and four goals. Some haven’t even scored a goal.”
The Wings feel they are deep in prospects, and their 1st round pick could come into play.
“Maybe. Let’s see,” Holland said. “We obviously have cap space. I think it’s a different time. I think it’s too early. Let’s see where our team play is at. We’re hoping we’re a playoff team. I’m hoping to be involved in something, but it’s early right now.”
