  • Matt Larkin via twitter: Martin Brodeur told Ken Campbell that he’s not retiring, even if the season is cancelled.
  • Dan Tencer via twitter: “I don’t know what’s dumber: rumours of Eberle for Luongo (never, ever, ever) or those few Canucks fans who say that would be a “bad return”. Tencer doesn’t know where the rumor started, but it’s not from a credible place.
  • Michael Russo of the Star Tribune:The Wild lost a couple top prospects to injury Friday night. Defenseman Jonas Brodin has a broken clavicle and will be out several weeks. Mikael Granlund has a strained muscle in his lower right leg and will be out a few weeks.
  • Helene St. James via twitter: Red Wings Darren Helm suffered a fractured cheekbone on Friday and will now see a specialist on Monday to see if surgery is required.
