A source close to Yandle said he “would love to play for the Bruins.” To get someone like Yandle, the Bruins may have to offer up David Krejci.

- Chris Botta via twitter: The AHL has a deal with Sportsnet for additional games if there is a lockout. The AHL has talked with NBC Sports and regional sports networks about airing games if there is a lockout.
- Ken Warren via twitter: Senators Erik Karlsson says he has a few lockout options, “Russia is one, (but) I don’t know if you want to go there.” The Swedish Elite Leauge is not allowing lockout players.
