- Contract: Cap hit of $ 5,000.0 2012-2013: $1,000,000 salary with a signing bonus of $2,500,000. 2013-2014: $6,500,000 salary.
- Darren Dreger via twitter: The Avalanche won’t like the $6.5 million in the second year as that becomes his qualifying offer.
