Canadiens won’t confirm if Juulsen has a serious eye injury
Eric Engels of Sportsnet: The Montreal Canadiens wouldn’t confirm or deny that defenseman Noah Juulsen could have a career-threatening eye injury.
A senior executive with the Canadiens said he doesn’t have a concussion and has an upper-body injury that requires rest.
Juulsen last played December 27 in the AHL and had been wearing a full face shield for the previous seven NHL and AHL games.
Renaud Lavoie: It’s possible that Juulsen could be able to play at some point this season but there is no timetable.
John Lu: Andrew Shaw took part in his first full practice since his injury. He hasn’t been cleared for contact and won’t be the lineup on Saturday.
