George Sipple: Red Wings Daniel Cleary had the nerve in a tooth fixed on Thursday, then had a lower bridge crack later in the day. Had more dental work done yesterday.
Adrian Dater of the Denver Post: Avs forward Alex Tanguay will start skating either on Monday or Tuesday. If all goes well, he will continue to work on getting ready to play again this season. If things don’t go well, coach Patrick Roy said that he’ll have surgery on his hop.
