- Steve Conroy of the Boston Herarld: Bruins David Krejci’s status is not known after he took a shot off the knee on Sunday. He did leave the arena with a slight limp, but didn’t appear to have brace on.
- David Pollak via twitter: Sharks Martin Havlat has been activated from the IR. Tim Kennedy has been placed on the IR.
- Ted Kulfan via twitter: Red Wings defenseman Kyle Quincey will be out four to six weeks. Quincey has multiple fractures but there is no decision on surgery yet.
- Ansar Khan via twitter: Red Wings forward Darren Helm hopes it is only a minor setback. There is no decision on whether he’ll go on the Californian trip or not.
