- John Shannon: Leafs Tyler Bozak out seven to 10 days and has been put on the IR retroactive to last Friday.
- Pittsburgh Penguins: Penguins Rob Scuderi has a broken ankle and will have surgery later this week. No timetable has been set.
- Josh Yohe: Penguins Chuck Kobasew has a lower-body injury and will be evaluated today in Pittsburgh.
- Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch: Blues Magnus Paajarviis expected to miss some time with an upper-body injury.
“(Paajarvi) got whacked into the boards there,” Blues coach Ken Hitchcock said. “He’s got a pretty good upper-body injury right now.”
Chris Stewart is questionable for tonight with an upper-body injury.
