- Josh Yohe and Rob Rossi of Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: Penguins James Neal will be out for at least two more weeks. He’s been out since Oct. 3rd.
- Sam Carchidi: Flyers Vinny Lecavalier and Scott Hartnell both skated yesterday and were shooting pucks. Tim Panaccio of CSN Philly: Lecavalier (lower body/likely groin or abdominal pull) is “hopeful” to play on Thursday against the Rangers. Hartnell isn’t ready yet.
