NHL free agents have been speaking with teams throughout the week. Some have visited cities of interested teams, while others have listed to ‘offers’ from home.
Free agency opens on July 1st and there will be an initial rush to get players signed.
It also shouldn’t be a surprise if some of the top 2017 NHL free agents don’t sign right away in hope of a better offer later on.
