Coach Barry Trotz said that Holtby was a little “nicked up,” and added “I don’t anticipate him not playing” tonight.

If Smith isn’t able to go in Game 4, they could move Colin Wilson up to the seceond line, Mikka Salomaki up to the third and one of the healthy scratchs – Eric Nystron, Colton Sissons or Austin Watson – could draw in.
