Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Travis Dermott is going to return to the lineup tomorrow.

Gretzlaf and Manson visiting a doctor

Lisa Dillman: Anaheim Ducks coach Bob Murray said that Ryan Getzlaf is seeing a doctor in LA: “We’ve got to find out why he’s having these muscle spasms.”

Defenseman Josh Manson is also seeing a doctor.

Forward Nick Ritchie should be cleared for contact soon.

Grzelcyk and Miller cleared for contact

Steve Conroy: Boston Bruins defenseman Matt Grzelcyk has been cleared for contact.

Mike Loftus: Defenseman Kevan Miller was on the ice in a regular jersey.

Landeskog to return

Ryan Clark: Colorado Avalanche forward Gabriel Landeskog will return to the lineup and will play on a line with Carl Soderberg and Colin Wilson.

McQuaid not traveling with the team

Aaron Portzline: Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Adam McQuaid didn’t travel with the team.

Lajoie and Brannstrom out

Bruce Garrioch: Ottawa Senators defenseman Max Lajoie will have sports hernia surgery. Defenseman Erik Brannstrom will be week-to-week with an upper-body injury.

Pavelski could return

Paul Gackle: San Jose Sharks coach Pete DeBoer said he’s optimistic about forward Joe Pavelski returning tonight, not ruling him out yet.

Palat could play … Stralman and Girardi out

Joe Smith: Tampa Bay Lightning coach Jon Cooper said that forward Ondrej Palat could return tonight. Defenseman Anton Stralman won’t play on their road trip.

Joe Smith: Stralman was on the ice practicing yesterday so he’s getting closer.

Defenseman Dan Girardi is likely out for their final five games of the season.

Dermott to return to the lineup

Mark Masters: Toronto Maple Leafs coach Mike Babcock on Jake Gardiner: “I just talked to Jake here a few minutes ago & asked how he’s doing & he said, ‘Really good,’ so that’s positive … I would like to see him in the last two games, ideally, before he starts (the playoffs)”

Dave McCarthy of NHL.com: Defenseman Travis Dermott is expected to return to the lineup tomorrow against the Senators. He’s missed the past 17 games with a shoulder injury.

Byfuglien to return to the lineup

Scott Billeck: As long as Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien feels good today, he’ll be back in the lineup according to coach Paul Maurice.
