New York Islanders: Coach Doug Weight on forward Casey Cizikas: “He’s a little sore today, so he took the day off, but I don’t think it’s going to be anything serious. Could be 3 or 4 days, could be a week or he could be playing tomorrow.”

Dave Isaac: Flyers forward Jakob Voracek crashed into Penguins goaltender Matt Murray. Murray had to be helped off the ice and wasn’t able to put any weight on his right foot/leg.
Sam Werner: Coach Mike Sullivan on if Murray is going to be out long-term: “If that becomes the scenario, then Tristan is going to have to make timely saves for us, game in and game out, and we believe he can do that for us.”
Sam Werner: Sullivan said that Murray would be evaluated : “He’s obviously out with a lower-body injury. We’ll probably have more answers tomorrow.”
